The unit itself comes complete with multiple flatscreen smart TVs, a king bed, a sleeper gel memory foam sofa (on a brand new leather couch), a dining table, full kitchen, full bathroom, iron board, hair dryer, cooking utensils, beach chairs, and plentiful closet space. The resort has: paid washer/dryer, valet parking, two heated pools, a movie theater, two workout gyms, beach access, an on-site cafe (with delivery anywhere on the premises), gazebo, etc. Ryan and the team will be available immediately via Airbnb message or texts / calls should anything arise. We are located right on the Atlantic Ocean in the most southeastern part of Hollywood (right by Hallandale) in South Florida. This central location offers easy access across all of South Florida, only 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale and 40 minutes from Miami. There are tons of restaurant options nearby, along the world-famous Broadwalk, in Youngs Circle, and along Hallandale Blvd. If you plan to mainly lounge on the beach and using resort facilities, a car is not necessary, as you could utilize a cab to go out for food and other exploring. However, a car can be helpful for getting around and sight-seeing, and especially so if you plan to trek into some of the cities like Miami or Fort Lauderdale. There are some check-in fees paid directly to the building: Key fobs grant electronic access key for building and amenities and are required for purchase of $30. Key fobs are necessary per 2 people, 14 years of age or older. $7 for any packages delivered to the building. Reach out to hosts for further details. Parking fees: Up to 7 Days: $100 8-14 Days: $125 15-21 Days: $150 22-31 Days: $175 Chair/umbrella beachside rental vouchers available at front desk for $25 / day: go to receiving office and purchase ticket/voucher. Hand to beach chair person outside for chair and umbrella for the day. Parking is $20 daily with unlimited in and out access with a validated ticket, overnight rate is $40 Daily rate only applies if longer duration not selected.
